Right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal for services

Consumers are normally subject to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days for online purchases.

However, Brand & Balance's services consist of custom work and digital services, including website development, AI visuals, email marketing, and marketing automation.

2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

When the Client instructs Brand & Balance to commence the execution of the service immediately, the Client expressly agrees that:

  • start the work immediately

  • custom work and/or digital delivery

  • The right of withdrawal expires as soon as performance has started.

This means that after the start of the work, recourse can no longer be made to dissolution with refund.

3. Subscriptions and monthly services

The following applies to monthly services and subscriptions:

  • Payment is made in advance

  • Delivery starts within the cooling-off period at the customer's request.

  • The current month will not be refunded.

  • Termination takes place according to the agreed notice period

4. Agreement

By agreeing to a quotation, order, or payment, the customer confirms:

that Brand & Balance may start the execution immediately
and that the statutory right of withdrawal for this service is waived.
